Duration: 4-month program (one new mentee per cycle).

Structure:

Basic Training Sessions:

Hands-on with the camera.

Cover settings, lighting basics, and composition.

Small styled shoot for practice (great for their portfolio).

Head shots & marketing pictures.

Option to assist or shadow weddings.

Business End Training:

Topics: Client interactions, marketing strategies, taxes, creating your pricing guide and  branding your business.

Includes help making questionnaires, contracts and emails.

Ongoing Support:

Weekly or bi-weekly check-ins (Zoom or calls).

Assignments or goals after each session for growth.

Short Hands-On Sessions:

Who It's For: Local photographers needing a crash course in technical skills.

Length: 2–3 hours.

Focus Areas:

Camera settings (manual mode, ISO, shutter speed, etc.).

Lighting techniques.

Posing basics for couples, families, or solo portraits.
